Claim processing
Claims must be submitted
within 10 days of the dispatch day. Please provide the following
informaiton:
-sender's name, address, phone number
-receipient's
name, address, phone number
- type of service used, date of
dispatch, expected date of the dispatch
- cost of repairs
-original receipt of purchase with the proof of cost
-any
photographic evidence

claims@parcels2collect.bizPlease note that the standard liability
cover is up to 50GBP, compensation by the carrier is calculated based on
5.50GBP per kg declared. .
